THe Denture Process at Benage Dental Care

Wondering what it takes to get dentures? Here’s what the process looks like. 

1. Comprehensive consultation. Your journey towards a confident smile begins with a comprehensive consultation at Benage Dental Care. During this initial appointment, our skilled dental team will assess your oral health, discuss your specific dental concerns, and determine if dentures are the optimal solution for your needs.
2. Individualized treatment plan. Following the consultation, our team will craft a personalized treatment plan tailored to address your unique dental situation and smile goals. This plan outlines the steps involved in the denture process, ensuring a customized and effective approach to your dental care.
3. Impressions: Precise impressions of your teeth and gums are taken. We’ll use these impressions to personalize your dentures so that they fit snuggly over your gums and blend in with your smile.
4. Denture fabrication. Next, we’ll send the impressions to a lab where your custom dentures will be created. This process can take a couple of weeks, so we’ll let you know when you can return for your fitting.
5. Denture placement: Once your dentures are ready, you’ll return to our office and we’ll let you try on your new teeth. You’ll be able to tell us if anything needs to be adjusted, and we’ll make those changes.

Fixed Implant Dentures

Fixed implant dentures, also known as implant-supported dentures or hybrid dentures, represent a state-of-the-art dental restoration combining the stability of dental implants with the convenience of traditional dentures. 

Unlike removable dentures, fixed implant dentures are securely anchored to dental implants, providing a permanent and secure solution for patients with missing teeth.
