Clear aligners may cause initial discomfort while your teeth are adjusting to the fit. This minimal discomfort often diminishes after the first week. As the treatment progresses, the aligners will become more comfortable to put on. 

If you are experiencing any prolonged pain, be sure to bring it up during one of your follow-up visits.
