Dr. AnneMarie Benage
Dr. AnneMarie Benage began her education right here in Cleburne, TX, where she was born and raised. From there, she attended Baylor University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. AnneMarie continued her education at the Texas A&M Health Science Center Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX. She graduated in the Top 10 of her class, received the Bernhard Gottlieb Memorial Award for outstanding achievement in Oral Pathology, and became an active member of the Odontological Honor Society.
Dr. Benage is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Texas Dental Association, the American Orthodontic Society, and is a Fellow of the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. Dr. Benage has taken over 400 hours of continuing education in straight wire orthodontics and loves offering patients a beautiful, straight smile through braces or Invisalign. Now with her advanced education from LVI she offers patients relief from lifetime struggles with TMD pain and migraines through orthotic therapy. Dr. Benage states that her favorite aspect of dentistry is impacting patients’ lives by enhancing their smiles with cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics.
At home, Dr. Benage enjoys time with her husband and their four children. The Benages believe in placing God at the center of their lives and their dental practice. They feel grateful to have the opportunity to serve the Cleburne community.
Dr. Mark Benage
Dr. Mark Benage is originally from Longview, TX. He attended UTA, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. From there, he completed dental school at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, where he met his wife, Dr. AnneMarie. He expanded his dental education with an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency in Anchorage, Alaska. Dr. Mark continues to keep up to date and has taken hundreds of hours of advanced education in implant dentistry, 3rd molar surgery, and IV sedation. Dr. Benage also is a Fellow of the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies where he gained expertise in full mouth rehabilitation and TMD treatment. Dr. Benage served seven years in the U.S. Army, and five years in the U.S. Air Force. After separating from the military in 2017, Drs. Mark and AnneMarie Benage moved back to his wife’s hometown of Cleburne, Texas. In his free time, Dr. Mark Benage enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. At Benage Dental Care, Drs. Mark and AnneMarie strive to treat each patient like family. Dr. Mark Benage has a special gift for creating a relaxing atmosphere for anxious patients. His gentle confidence can put even the most anxious patients at ease.
Elizabeth, Dental Hygienist
Elizabeth is a Texas native who has been in the dental field for over a decade. Before becoming a dental hygienist, she started working as a patient coordinator in 2007. In 2008, she became a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA). While working as a RDA, she managed to juggle work and school to pursue an education in Dental Hygiene.
Elizabeth started working as a Dental Hygienist in 2014. Her expertise in the field promoted her to a RDH Training-Mentor. In her spare time, she likes to read, dance, travel and spend time with her family. She has also participated in Texas Mission of Mercy for several years, helping with free dental treatment in different communities within Texas.
Stasha, Dental Hygienist
Stasha started out her dental career as a dental assistant and then went back to school to pursue a degree as a dental hygienist. She has 2 wonderful boys and a loving husband. She enjoys camping, fishing, riding bikes, and playing sports with her family.
Brandie, Patient Coordinator
Brandie has been in the dental field handling insurance and scheduling since 2007. Her advanced knowledge enables her to provide guidance and support to our patients. She loves figuring out the best way to make your insurance work to our patient’s benefit.
Brandie is a Cleburne, Texas native and is raising her own children in her beloved hometown. Brandie and her husband, Jason, share six children together. Their kids keep them super active within the community and they love to spend time as a family whenever they can.
Sundee, Front Office
Sundee has been in dentistry for 16 years, most of those in Pediatric Dentistry. She recently moved to Johnson County with her husband. She loves being outdoors, whether she’s hunting, fishing, or just working in the yard! Family is her world. She has 3 children and 2 bonus children (all grown). She also has 2 grandbabies and another on the way!
Sarah, Dental Assistant
Sarah, a Cleburne native, is a general dental chair-side and surgical assistant. When not in the office she is spending time with her two dogs, traveling, or studying for her degree.
Jennifer, Insurance Coordinator
Jennifer joined the Benage Dental team as Insurance Coordinator in 2020. She has 20 years of experience in dental insurance and customer service. She enjoys helping patients get the most benefit from their dental insurance. She takes great pride in pressing your dental insurance to pay what is due on your behalf! She has been with her husband for 10 wonderful years. They have 2 teenagers and enjoy time as a family.
Christi, Registered Dental Hygienist
Christi is the mother of two precious little girls. She loves cleaning teeth and helping educate her patients on their oral healthcare. She jokingly says she used to enjoy running, but now she enjoys sleeping and quiet time. When she’s not working, she likes to spend time with her husband and baby girls.
